Hi Itay, can you please uninstall the app from your child’s device using the steps on the page below:

https://screentimelabs.com/help/uninstall-screen-time-2/

Then reinstall on there using the steps on this page:

https://screentimelabs.com/install

That should fix things, but if you have any more problems please email our support team using support@devnew1.wpengine.com

Comment on How to Block Apps on Your Child’s Android Phone by John https://screentimelabs.com/blog/how-to-block-apps-on-your-childs-android/#comment-3254 Mon, 24 Sep 2018 12:10:39 +0000 https://screentimelabs.com/?p=7401#comment-3254 Well written Anna, it’s important to control and monitor childrens smartphones as internet has it’s own pros & cons. It’s upon parents to manage the device, apps & content in the phone that children use, this can be done by locking device with few important apps, whitelisting or blacklist website so that children dont accidentaly have access to other websites.

Comment on Windows parental controls, interesting features but…. by Sam Blake https://screentimelabs.com/blog/windows-parental-controls-family-security/#comment-3161 Fri, 03 Aug 2018 13:16:54 +0000 https://screentimelabs.com/?p=1845#comment-3161 I love the screentime app and try to sell it to an parent that will listen. I too would like to some ability to limit screen time to xbox and windows pics w/o having to go to the web. I would be willing to pay more for the function. Love the product.
